Forgot one item as well. Whats the business model with a CRM
module/product. If its the traditional model, support and customization,
then this needs to be considered as the user base, primarily first,
second and third level sales people 'will' flood the support lines with
very basic questions. These people simply want technology to work and
generally have no idea how it works. Support costs will be 'expensive'
at both ends.

Commerical and non-commercial ZideLook integration is also something
that needs to be reviewed especially if there are change requirements
for the db backend and data set classifications currently accessible via
the API.
