Please don't set the goal to high. I think - if any - the work (to be in reasonable scale) should be focused on state of the art, not on the best possible way. As mentioned I *do* think that CRM should do more, I was just surprised that SugarCRM doesn't seem to. My thinking is along the lines of providing a "CRM centric view" on just the same data. Well, then we even have a business case as requested by Chris ;-) I haven't seen any "forms" stuff Chris mentioned. If this would indeed be part of SugarCRM, I guess it might be out of scope.
