Permissions not effective

Hy,

I have a problem with my permissions on the contacts and the diaries.

I applied well permissions of reading to some and writings with others. 

The problem it is that the permissions are not effective. 

I in vain turn over the problem in all the directions I do not understand what occurs. 

I have the impression that the SkyAccessManager module is not to charge.
