Group calendar clients?

I now have opengroupware working perfectly, and will be ordering the Outlook connector soon. But I need a way for my Linux users to share their calendars and issue meeting invitations and whatnot with the Outlook users. Are there any Linux clients with this capability? Does the Outlook connector even have that capability? Mozilla and Evolution don't appear to have that functionality, and I know the users won't want to rely on the web interface. I understand that KOrganizer might have those features in 3.4, is that true? Any suggestions?
