Thats a matter or choice. Most I serve dont like web clients for all the right 
reasons for accounting apps. YMMV dependant on your customers who always 
determine your requirements.

Retail is non restricted GPL version ie: many companies. GPL version is 
restricted to one company account. ie: you can do the accounting for one firm 
only but that firm's clients and customers are unlimited.

You have a URL for notes on this as this is what I was considering eventually 
for Quasar once it test it thoroughly. That would be the entire point of the 
exercise, one centralized contact db source.
