OK, here's where the confusion came from. I'm looking through the Job Table, and there are fields for "keywords" and "categories". Both are visible in the webui for a task, and can be set differently. For example, ***************************** Task: New test task Creator: Michael Brown Owner: Michael Brown Startdate: 2005-02-16 Enddate: 2005-02-23 Completion Date: Status: processing Sensitivity: normal Priority: average Percent Complete: 0 % Actual Work: 0 minute(s) Total Work: 0 minute(s) Travel Kilometers: Categories: Testing Category: @Computer ******************************* Now, this task was created only using the WebUI. My questions are: Do people use both fields independently? Are both fields visible in other clients like Outlook, Evo, SOGo, etc? What are folks' typical use cases for each field?
