feature export links as rss

Hi' opengroupware

I inttend to use OGO on a school so I've have a few questions

* Is it possible to export links as rss, since it would make it possible 
to use the rss reader builtin to firefox and the sharing of links would 
more natural.
* Is it possible to give a person (teacher) permission to assign a task 
(homework) to another person (pupil) in a way the student do not have to 
accept the task. Like force a task assigment to another person.
