Some inputs:
1) Did you  "su -" to root before restoring?
2) It looks like your database/postgress does not know the OGo user name or the access rights is not set proberly
The OGo user must be added to the database
3) Try installing the database rpm before restoring

PS: I think you should use the [email protected] list insteed for this kind of questions
