I'm not certain how that would work in OGo proper.  You have things like
associations (employees of a company, for instance), relationship to projects,
not to mention the whole obj-linking functionality.  This doesn't really map
well (or at all) onto an LDAP DSA.  Of course, I don't even know if 
SOGo offers
equivalent functionality.
