app server could not connect to db server

Hi,

I've gotten to the point where I "should" be able to open OGo in a
browser. This is sort of true, but when I do, I get he following:

The SKYRIX application server could not connect to the database server !

Please ensure that your database server is running and that the
LSConnectionDictionary default is correctly set.
