Is the current url. I have been working on it for sometime now, Almost
all of this work has been sponsored by the good people over at Toltech
(http://www.toltech.nl/). I have been thinking of committing this to
the
evolution cvs (gnome cvs/svn) and that should happen soon.

The current revision satisfies all your mentioned requirements. Please check
it out and let me know if you need anything immediate, I cant promise
rapid turn around times, but will give you a fix asap.
