Probleme mit apxs

Hallo,

ich habe probleme bei der erstellung der datei ngobjweb-x.xx.so
nach make erhalte ich nur fehlermeldungen.

was ist denn apxs und was sind die header files des apache und in welchen
verzeichnissen finde ich sie bei einer standar suse 8.2 installation.
wo finde ich das paket für apxs zum nachinstallieren.
