Thanks Adam.  You were right that there were libpq libraries - my eyesight 
is obviously getting worse :-(

Creating a symlink for libpq.so.4. at least got OGO started.  However, 
I'll re-install OGO using these packages from docs plone just to be on the 
safe side.
