I had installed on debian etch and partly on lenny.
Problem is just the apache2 moule which needs to be built by hand.

deb http://download.opengroupware.org/nightly/packages/debian sarge trunk
deb http://download.opengroupware.org/nightly/packages/debian sid trunk

Ok, those are trunk, but they worked for me.
