I don't see any exception anywhere.  Interestingly the Contact sync
seems to work - maybe not perfectly since none of the received items
have phone numbers - but data does appear.   Both the outlook plugin and
the demo sync client indicate there are no items in the Calendar to
sync.

I don't see anything.  But I sent this offlist to you.

Everything here looks perfect.  There is one request to enumerate the
collection and then nothing.
