I'll update the openSUSE 10.3 packages sometime next week, when I'm done
with my major mucking about.   At this point I'm trying to figure out if
the "GroupDAV" connector for TB is salvageable;  it works pretty well
for a read-only one-way sync but has real problems with two-way sync.

The nightly package builds are done on Skyrix's servers.  I don't know
anything about the status of those.

OGo is actually trivially easy to build from source,  especially if you
already have ogo-gnustep_make and libFoundation installed.  Just build
SOPE & OGo.  It is certainly easier that other packages like OpenLDAP,
etc...
