Announcing WMOGAG Revision preL

A new revision of WMOGAG has been uploaded/released.  This is version
"preL",  so not quite revision "L". :)   I've not cleaned my to-do list
for revision "L" but since has been 6+ months since the last WMOGAG
release so I decided to release a pre-release.

WMOGAG preL can be downloaded from either the OpenGroupware docs plone

Most enhancements are to the ZideStore and Cyrus sections of the
document.  Some enhancements have been made to the Debugging chapter.
The Mobile chapter has begun but is really only skeletal.
