Instant OGo + ZideStore + Thunderbird/Lightnint and iCal == no go

Hiya,

There seems to be some issues when trying to use the calendar via CalDAV 
in Thunderbird/lightning and os x iCal.

 Instant OGo 2.2 build-2 ASE (CentOS 5)

Issue with thunderbird:

ZideStore 1.5
OS X 10.5.4
Thunderbird version 2.0.0.16 (20080707)
Lightning version 0.8 (build 2008033121)

Events do not show up in the calendar. When adding a new event, the 
event can be seen from ogo web ui, but not in lightning - not even after 
remote calendar refresh.
Could this be related to bugzilla bug 
http://bugzilla.opengroupware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1989

When using iCalendar instead of CalDAV it works a bit better. As long as 
there is no events in the database when creating the iCalendar 
connection for the first time. If there are, they are all removed.
But I'd rather get that CalDAV connection to work properly, as it is the 
one used in iCal, too.

Issue with iCal:

When I try to add a new event, I get EXCEPTION: (Exception name:<nil> 
class:ObjcRuntimeException reason:NSShortInline8BitString (instance) 
does not recognize objectForKey: info:<nil>)
in the zidestore log (see log #2 below for more trace).
After that I get the following message in iCal

Request for "New Event" in "Calendar" in account "instantogo" failed.

The server responded with
"HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error"
to operation CalDAVWriteEntityQueueableOperation.


Any ideas..? I'm kinda lost here.
