Hi Adam,

Just to let you know, I am writing grammatical/phrasing/structural 
suggestions for the whole guide.  Do you have any preferences/suggestions 
for how you would like stuff identified?  Is page No/line Nos/pre /post 
ok?

I understand that a lot of my suggestions may just be idiomatic (after 
all, I'm no writer), so feel free to ignore them.

If I come across anything that I recognize as being technically inaccurate 
 (although I don't think I will), I'll mention it.

Of course, it goes without saying that your guide is greatly appreciated.
