If you want I can send you the "source" files (ODT) and you can markup
the changes.  I believe OpenOffice has a revision / line-out
functionality - I'll double check that.

Well, one can't in good conscience promote the use of a product in a
corporate environment for which there is no documentation. :)  Hence the
manual.  This is a problem for lots of, even popular, Open Source
packages/projects.
