vCards for accounts retrieved from ZideStore as of r2155 should no
include an automatically generated free/busy URL for the user (which
references ZideStore).  The url uses the "short form" described in
Bug#377 <http://bugzilla.opengroupware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=377>
(available in r2153).
