You can unsubscribe, but then you can't post.  That is how mailing lists
work.  It is the nature of community support: by joining a list you get
the privilege to post [ask question] and you get the traffic from the
list [so you have the opportunity to answer other people's questions or
make comments].  That is how you "pay", metaphorically speaking, for
*free* support.

Most decent mail clients provide some mechanism for you to automatically
file list traffic into a designated folder, etc... that you can read
when you want to see list traffic.  You can filter on the 'To:' header
as it will always be 'To: [email protected]' for list traffic.
