Source Build

Hi
As expected I am having a difficult time building trunk from source ☺ 
I have been able to fix most of the problems, but now when I log in with any user other than root I get the following

This seems to be a permissions problem?  With libFoundation?  There is nothing in any of the logs, and I thought I had correct permissions on all the appropriate folders.  Any ideas as to where to look?
