UK Daylight Savings Change

Hi All, It seems that the switch from UK summer time (GMT+1) to winter time (GMT) appears to be a week late in the system I have running here in the UK. Two questions arise from this 1) Where is the data stored that tells OGo when these changes happen 2) Is there an automated way to correct the entries in the database.
