The current code uses UTF8, so that's fine.

Did you install libobcj-lf?  If so you need to remove it and rebuild.
You must use the system libobj with SOPE47, and you must use SOPE47 with
the latest/trunk/1.1 OGo.  This is documented in WMOGAG
<http://docs.opengroupware.org/Members/whitemice/wmogag/file_view>.  See
the chapter "Installation").

You do need to make a small change to the schema for PostgreSQL, this is
also covered in WMOGAG (see page 137 of the current WMOGAG).
