ok, maybe I referenced the wrong package. But there is also
libobjc2-4.3.2.

yes, at least the last entry in the ChangeLog says this.

No, today I have repeated all steps on a fresh installation in a virtual
machine to reduce side effects. There is no other GNUStep package
installed I am aware of.

BTW, the postgres log shows an insert statement:

INSERT INTO session_log (...) VALUES (..., "%Y-%m-%d...")
