When we release the 'beta' in the next weeks (I suppose 3 at the most), it is actually going to be more like a 'release candidate'. We do not expect significant bugs in the beta. [we are busy fixing some final bugs, we are feature complete for 1.0] Though the plugin will exercise the iCal and vCard support in OGo. We'll see how well that works ;-) Note: if you are interested, you can subscribe to the Google group: http://groups.google.de/group/zideone to get access to the technology preview (alpha) packages. It would be nice if OGo would send iMIP invitations when meetings are created in the web interface. Of course Outlook can also send invitations if new meetings are created. As usual there is no need to 'add' OGo events when receiving a meeting notificiation. The event will show up in the other users calendars as it gets added to the database. The approval status can be changed in the attendee section of the Outlook event editor.
