Migrating users/data from one OGo to another?

I want to migrate a subset of my data from an old OGo server we have
been running to a new OGo server.

We have only been using the calendar feature (with about 1900 entries).
I want to get the users and all those calendar entries.

What's the best way to do this?
What tables should I be looking at?
Do need to make the current value of the 'key_generator' sequence the
same?

It would be nice if I could do a "pg_dump" on certain tables with a
WHERE filter (but since pg_dump doesn't have such a feature AFAIK, i'll
probably have to munge the data afterwards).

Help?
