UK BST Time Settings

Hi All,

I recall an issue with timezone settings at the last clock change.

At one site the where the Zidelook plugin is installed it seems that the 
times are correct if you view appointments with a browser in OGo.

But if you view the same appointments via Zidelook and Outlook they are 
an hour late. IE: The correction to BST does not appear to be applied by 
Zidelook. As a test I tried switching Zidelook, via the web interface, 
to EST, and it made no difference to the display in Outlook.

Is this a bug or have I missed something.
