Evaluation

Greetings

I am currently attempting to evaluate whether to push for changing our
mail software from zimbra to opengroupware.  At this point I've got
opengroupware installed and the web interface functioning.

My longer term desire is to get to the point where data entered in
outlook can integrate with CRM and ERP data.  I'm looking for any ideas
of tasks to prioritize to assist me in my sales pitch.


Right now my difficulty is in getting the outlook zidelook plugin.
Without a good interface into outlook, my sales pitch will fall on deaf
ears.  So I've gone to

I received an email with a code but also a sentence that said another email would arrive in 10 minutes with more information.  I have not received another email.  I sent a request to [email protected] and received an acknowledgement.  But no answer.

Am I doing something wrong.  The "code" in the first email just gives me
No dataset found when entering into
http://download.zidelook.com/reg.html .  I understand I may be asking
this question in the wrong place, but any advise would be appreciated.
Is this a holiday that I don't know about?
