So we have asked for a refund and unfortunately, the experience is
leaving a bad taste witth myself and my supervisor.  After going back
and forth a few couple of times with Frank Reppin by emailing
[email protected], I am currently getting no answer.  Not even a foad.

This is putting my efforts to switch 125 licenses from zimbra to
opengroupware and zidexxx very much in jeopardy.  Does anyone have any
ideas of whom to contact or how to get results??

Yes, I screwed up and bought the wrong thing, but any profit seeking
corporation should be interested in keeping paying customers satisfied!
