Folder heirarchy

Greetings

I'm looking in wmogag and seeing the documentation for the heirarchy.
Now I realize that there is a bug which is making the folders underneath
Groups not appear even though they are are there.  Using cadaver and
looking at the documentation, I'm a little curious as to the absense of
Contacts and Enterprises underneath groups.

What I was hoping for was to have zideone in outlook have a folder for
contacs/enterprises displayed for each team that the logged is user is a
member of.  At this point it looks like that won't be the case.

If this is the case, how hard would it be to make such a folder exist in
the heirarchy.
