There are no packages there.

There are FC9 packages @
<http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server://OpenGroupware/Fedora_9/>  Nothing older than that is supported by OBS.  

FC6 was released on October 24, 2006 and is no longer maintained.  I
believe FC9 is even unmaintained at this point.

CentOS5 is the platform I would recommend.
