'extendedAttrs' & 'extendedKeys'

Working with the documents received via XML-RPC....looking for
"official" confirmation of a few assumptions that aren't really laid out
in the docs.
'extendedKeys' enumerates all the defined extended attribute types?
Regardless of whether they have values in the document?.
'extendedAttrs' enumerates extendedKeys that have values relevant to the
document? Plus the additional attribute 'lastchanged' which isn't
listed in 'extendedKeys'? ('lastchanged' doesn't appear in the examples
in xml-rpc.pdf).
