Hi, thanks a lot for your answers. I checked the network traffic with Ethreal (never done this befor). Ogo an Ogojogi is working fine. The result of a ogojogi XML-RPC call is encoded in UTF-8, but in Macromedia Flex it is interpreted as ASCII. again in german : ;-) Hallo, vielen Dank für eure Antworten. Auf die Idee mit dem Netzwerksniffer wäre ich von allein nicht gekommen. Ogojogi codiert tatsächlich alles in UTF-8, habs mit dem sniffer gechecked. Die Stelle im Quellecode hatte ich auch gesehen, aber sehen heiÃt nicht, daà es auch gemacht wird. Offensichtlich interpretiert Flex die UTF-8 Antwort aber als ASCII, deshalb die merkwürdigen Zeichen. Immer wieder dasselbe Problem mit Macromedia-Produkten und Umlauten.
