ogojogi: server time

Hi,

when I try to use the method getServerTime() in the System class, I 
receive the following error message:
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger 
(org.opengroupware.jogi.connect.xmlrpc.XmlRpcSystem).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

I built my own ogojogi jar from the CVS. Can you please fix this?
