Do you mean via XML-RPC (thus this list) or in general?

I've attempted via XML-RPC and not been able to create an cyclic
appointment;  setting type/cycleEndDate (as per page 14 of the xml-rpc
docs) doesn't seem to have any effect.

If anyone has contrary experience (or code!) I'd love to see it.
