project.fetchJobs

Is project.fetchJobs just an alias for person.fetchJobs or does it
retrieve jobs only specific to a project?  This method appears in the
list of methods provided by system.listMethods but is not documented in
the manual.   I've tried passing it a variety of parameters ({project},
{project, string}, {project, fspec}, {project, person}) and in all cases
it returns -

I see jobs.assignToProject and jobs.detachFromProject but no obvious
mechanism to enumerate the tasks associated with a project.
