Ok, I've uploaded POGI 0.1.9 to -

You just need to copy the POGI directory to a directory in your PHP
include path as all the includes in the sample app look like
"POGI/{filename}".

Any comments or questions are VERY MUCH welcome.  The task/job part
needs some love since the RPCs where fixed pretty recently, or at least
bugzilla says so, but I haven't beat on them very much.
