Ahh, I see. I have to wrap the arguments into XML-RPC types.

For the record, in Perl you can do this like so:

use RPC::XML qw/RPC_DATETIME_ISO8601 time2iso8601/;

$time = RPC_DATETIME_ISO8601 "20060701T17:00:00";
