Problems deleting and creating accounts

Hi pepole. I create accounts with data from a LDAP. When I remove an
OpenGroupware's account, I can create it again, using the same data in LDAP,
it means that the new account will have the same login. My problem is that,
when I create the account for the second time, I need to restart
OpenGroupware, because otherway xmlrpc's methods don't use the correct
account id. Can anyone help me?
