zOGI and offsetTimeZone, startOffset, endOffset

Hello once again,

I'm having an issue with the timeZone-Parameters returned by zOGI:
Currently I'm trying to migrate from one Server to another one.
On the old server I get the Parameters (offsetTimeZone, startOffset,=20
endOffset) for an Appointment. On the new server i don't get the Paramete=
rs.

Both servers run with the same DB and with the same Trunk-Versions of=20
SOPE and OpenGroupware.

One thing is different: The old server is a 32bit Linux (Ubuntu 7.04).=20
The new server is a 64bit System running an Linux-VServer in 32bit mode.=20
The OpenGroupware installation is running in the 32bit Linux-VServer=20
(again Ubuntu 7.04).

Does anyone have an idea, where the Problem could be? Is it the=20
64bit-Kernel?
