Hmm.  Perhaps this relates to
<http://code.google.com/p/zogi/issues/detail?id=28> "Notification entity
is not displaying the timezone of the notifyObjectId".

And your certain the user has a time zone defined in their personal
defaults? (you copied the {userId}.defaults files?)

Is it possible you could attach the user's defaults file to the zOGI
issue?
