The XML-RPC proxy in the current Coils default branch has a fixed
transcoder.

If you access legacy OpenGroupware XML-RPC (zOGI) via the OpenGroupware
Coils XML-RPC, enable CoilsXMLRPCProxyTarget [set to "YES"] and the
proxy will strip/replace M$ characters from the client.
