first commit of midas editor prototype

Hi

I just commited the first prototype of the midas editor thingie. It
doesn' do much right now, but you can now edit the oscom site (not many
formatting option 'though).

I don't know, if we need the "Source" Tab (another tab...), but if we
want it, we need a solution to keep the source-data (the html of the
page in this case) in sync between the 2 tabs. Does anyone know an event
which gets fired, when I switch between different tabs (the contrary of
oncommand..., but oncommand could work as well).

There are others, not so nice things in the code. The AnonymousNodes
stuff can get quite nasty and needs some helper functions (it really
can't get much worse than this:
document.getAnonymousNodes(this)[0].parentNode.parentNode.parentNode.getElementsByAttribute('name','sourceedit')[0]	
... )
