PROPOSAL: Don't adopt a style

Howdy.  Twingle should be thought of as its own application, rather 
than a page that runs inside a browser.

As such, it is tempting to throw out the look-and-feel of the browser 
and adopt our own look-and-feel.  I don't really want Twingle looking 
like Modern, so this was the direction I was leaning.

I now think I'm wrong, for several reasons:

1) We don't have the talent or time to recreate a look-and-feel.

2) Others do, and these are the themes you can apply in the browser.  
For instance, I use the Pinstripe theme under OS X and thus Twingle 
looks *exactly* like an OS X application.  These themes are better done 
that what we could hope for.

3) Users should have some control over they way their apps look, even 
if they prefer to not use such control.
