FYI: Plans for the project

Howdy folks.  As many of you know, I've combined the Moztop and Twingle 
projects.  From here on out, there's only Twingle, which now lives at:

   http://twingle.mozdev.org/

I still have a lot to do for the transition:

   o Get the pages at mozdev.org up to speed

   o Get an initial release of the new Twingle out the door

   o Fix the typos in my workshop.xpi and release that
