i answered this in private because i am not interested in arguing over
which is better, especially not on this list where i think this argument
is rather off topic, and also because as i stated, i believe the real
solution makes this argument moot.

what might be on topic is the question how exchanging messages (in which
ever form) relates to content managment. (i do think there is a strong
relation: content is just the result, managing it is a process, and for
that you need to communicate (read: exchange messages))
