give me some time to think out a plan which I'd like to present to you 
next week.

There's no need to rush things now, we did not do this for the past 2 
years :)

Let's start a positive process where we openly see how we can shape the 
future of OSCOM, including as many contributions as possible.

I know, this does not sound like a plan, it is just a plea to take it 
further step-by-step in the right pace with good consideration.

Wherever this takes us to, I definitely see a future for OSCOM.

Of course, this should not stop anyone from discussing this issue 
already. I will make sure that any input will be part of the plan draft.

We need good ideas, that's for sure (just like Paul's for example).
