[OSCOM] volunteers?

i see several people chiming in with ideas how to revitalize oscom, and 
offering to help.

which makes me wonder: what do you need to get started? do we need to 
set up more tools? we used to have a wiki, but had to take it down 
because there were too many spammers.

we should probably also have some admins for the site, able to hand out 
accounts with editing privileges, and maintainers for planet oscom, as 
well as maintainers for the cms matrix.

i am sure there are other tasks (and entirely new initiatives) that 
could use some volunteers.

don't let the talk of members vs non-members intimidate you, you don't 
need to be one to help out.

going forward, i would suggest to make the meritocracy much more 
transparent, and invite active volunteers to become members on this list 
after they have shown initiative.

so if you are interested and willing to help, please indicate so by 
replying to this thread, and tell us what you'd be interested to take on.
